Acquisition Finance and Loan Structuring (AFLS) provides debt financing for corporate acquisitions, whether they involve listed or non-listed companies. The team offers strong expertise in structuring and arranging a wide range of transactions (recourse or non-recourse to the buyer, leveraged or non leveraged, large corporate or mid-caps).

We offer

AFLS structures and arranges transactions, whether the debt package combines senior debt, acquisition debt, capex financing, revolver, mezzanine or subordinated debt. The financing may also include financing products provided by other business lines. Together with the Loans Syndication & Trading Team, Acquisition Finance is able to provide up to 100% underwriting, which is key in M&A transaction.

Our organisation

The Acquisition Finance and Loan Structuring team operates from offices in Paris, New York, London, Milan, Madrid and Frankfurt, working  with the Corporate Finance team and Corporate Banking relationship managers in the BNP Paribas network around the world.
